    So I ordered food here at 8:40 8:30 ish and also they close at 10 plenty of time so it goes through and we start driving when we get there they look closed so we go through the drive through and a rude worker didn’t even ask what we are here for he just said we are closed and stop talking to us and we tried explaining we got a mobile order and they heard us because he said we are closed but didn’t care so we tried knocking on the door they didn’t answer so I’m super mad this place needs sit be torn down just a waste of space and every I go it’s bad food anyways then we got McDonald’s I guess

    One star because the food was great but the employees are beyond rude. The kid on drive thru literally has zero customer service skills. Never in my life have I had such a terrible drive thru experience. Based on previous reviews, it seems like DQ is aware of the issue and has done nothing. Do better. Until then avoid this location at all costs.

    Flat top needs cleaned. My food tasted like old grease. had to stop eating it. Next time ill know, not to stop here.

    Drove all the way here for the dinning room to be closed. Short staffed was the reason. Extremely disappointing

    Tried to go inside and eat and all the doors are locked and the guy behind the counter just stared at us like he’s lost in space. No reasoning or anything. Probably don’t want people sitting inside and see all the roaches.
