  I used to really like condado esp the drinks but I feel like the food has gotten worse and they aren’t really trying anymore. Tacos were cold, chicken bacon ranch burrito flavorless. Queso is still decent.

  I love condados but will NOT be back to this one. This is the second time I’ve been to this location since relocating to this area. Last time my server was amazing! She was super nice. I’m just upset and don’t remember her name. It was also really good but it took a while to come out so we were given a free half queso card. We went to go use that queso card tonight and we were unaware that it had to be downloaded onto the app before we could use it. Neither myself or my Friend had phone signal, and I informed the current waitress from tonight that we weren’t aware that it had to be used through app or we would’ve downloaded it before we came in. I asked the waitress if there was anyway that they could do it on their end and she didn’t even ask the manager, which was really upsetting and said “ he seems to be in a really grumpy mood tonight. I don’t even want to ask him.” Which was really upsetting to hear. We also had to ask for refills and to put our order in (25 minutes after our waitress said I’ll be right back). We were given an additional discount card at our first visit, but I will not be returning to be able to use it.

  I am truly not one to write a negative google review for a restaurant, I think I’ve written one in my entire life. But this experience was so bad top to bottom I couldn’t not write one. First off, there was absolutely no one in sight when we got there and we had to wait at least 5 minutes to be seated in an almost completely empty restaurant. Our margaritas were probably the most disgusting margaritas I’ve ever tasted and they took 20 minutes to get to our table. They tasted like they had seltzer water in them? Our food was nowhere close to what we ordered. My husband needed to go to the bathroom and couldn’t because they were cleaning them at 6 pm. And the cherry on top was that our card was charged twice for our meal. No disrespect to our waiter who was doing his best in a very clearly understaffed place, but this was horrible and we will not be returning.
