Arrived at opening. After I paid, an employee loudly stated I “better not get anything other than water or I’d be arrested,” which was embarrassing and discriminatory. The restaurant was unclean, and the brown rice was hard and undercooked. Very, disturbing, very filthy unpleasant experience. Will not return!!!

I placed an online order from this store - that was a mistake. Chipotle is known for underproviding on online orders, but this was insane. I ordered double chicken, which was a $4.90 surcharge (insane), and I got plenty of chicken, but the beans and rice were almost completely missing (free ingredients btw). I also asked for utensils and napkins and received none. I'm sure I would've gotten more food if I had gone in person, but I'm not going in person to this store ever, because I'm not supporting a location that treats online orders flippantly and doesn't care to provide even the bare minimum. I could've counted the grains of rice in under a minute.

I’ve been eating Chipotle 3 times a week for nearly a decade, and this is without question the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
This location is a must avoid if you care about getting the food you actually paid for, prepared correctly, or in the portions Chipotle is known for.
Ordering pickup?
Prepare to open your bag and find half your order missing chips, guac, drinks, even main items. It’s a gamble every time.
Ordering in person?
Be ready to beg for normal portions. Somehow a full-priced bowl turns into six sad pieces of chicken tossed in like they’re doing you a favor.
Today was the breaking point. After yet another ruined order, I drove to the restaurant to get it fixed. When I explained what was missing, the employee who bagged it flat-out told me, “You’re wrong, I gave you everything.”
Why would I waste my time driving back to the store for items I already had? I was literally there trying to help them correct a problem that has been happening for months.
It’s obvious this location either doesn’t care, or is simply too lazy to prepare enough food or properly bag orders. Either way, customers shouldn’t be punished for their lack of effort.
If you want a Chipotle that actually gives you what you ordered and in normal portions go to the IUPUI location and skip this disaster entirely

Came in last night in which a new hire was serving us. She told us it was her first day so we were patient with her as she made our order. However, another team member I believe is named Tyler (girl with bangs) as that was the name on the receipt came and was objectively rude not only to us but the new hire. I didn't care much that she had an attitude and was rude to us and other customers but to be impatient and rude but of nowhere to someone who is learning is a bit unprofessional. Even asked for vinaigrette
and another team member went to get another one for us because it was filled so low, and Tyler had an attitude and basically said she didn't care and we got what we got. Literally no reason to be that nasty and rude. Wish she didnt make one of our orders because it ended up soupy anyway.
