I ordered double chicken, which was a $4.90 surcharge (insane), and I got plenty of chicken, but the beans and rice were almost completely missing (free ingredients btw). I also asked for utensils and napkins and received none. I'm sure I would've gotten more food if I had gone in person, but I'm not going in person to this store ever, because I'm not supporting a location that treats online orders flippantly and doesn't care to provide even the bare minimum. I could've counted the grains of rice in under a minute.
