  I love Cava but the quality at this location is not up to par. The bowls we were served had so much dressing on them that it was pooling at the bottom of the bowl and the lettuce was drenched and extremely soggy. Disappointing for the price point.

  Good food and good service but my god it was pretty dirty in there when I went. Food all over the counters and floor and nobody seeming to do anything about it. Hope it was just an off night

  This location seems to deviate from the norm. The food was exceptionally mid (there was also a hair in the food), several items were totally unavailable (all specialty drinks and falafel) although the establishment was not due to close anytime soon, and the service was quite slow and unsatisfactory. A few of the staff members were quite kind and attentive, however, the employee at the register was neither. They ignored customers, was quite unfriendly, did not fulfill orders correctly and was very inattentive of the out of stock menu items and thus the customers order requests. Aside from this, the location is small and uncleanly. Tables were very obviously not cleaned, and there were only five of them. I would not recommend coming here unless you are prepared to be dissatisfied.

  I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at CAVA. As a first-time visitor, I received no guidance, suggestions, or help with the menu. The employees were rude, unwelcoming, and did not smile or make any effort to assist. The overall attitude made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Good customer service is essential, especially for new customers, and this location fell far below expectations. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

  Service is shockingly bad and out of half of the toppings. I was only there to pick up several gift cards and ended up leaving empty handed and will go elsewhere for giftcards. The people who were being served in line asked for toppings and every other one was out. I waited for over 15 minutes at the counter with 4 people behind the counter (none of them acknowledged me or said they might be with more shortly or even say that it would be a while which would be appreciated more than just being ignored). Totally understand being busy and doing other tasks but just a heads up on the situation and status of when I might be helped would have been appreciated.
