  It was my first time visiting a Cava and Ricky made sure it was a great experience! He was friendly, informative and helpful all while encouraging and appreciating the teammates around him! I’ll definitely be back!

  great service & quick. super kind employees even when in lunch rush hours which im sure is stressful but they all stay calm & create a peaceful atmosphere! ricky is a personal favorite as hes there everytime i go in always greeting with a smile & keeping an amazing attitude. 10/10

  Easily the best Cava in the city. The team members here don’t under portion food and are always washing their hands and changing their gloves(if you have worked in hospitality, you know how important this is). Ricky is always kind and patient, and has no trouble explaining everything to you without hesitation. 10/10 would recommend.

  Great experience at this CAVA every time I go in-person with a generous amount of food in my bowl for me to have enough for lunch the next day! I just went yesterday and Ricky did a great job taking care of my bowl and also running the register. He was one of the hardest working guys in the store, and this location definitely need more workers like him in the front-of-the-house to help manage the slow, long line.

  The place was really sickeningly filthy but I had heard the veggies were good and fresh so I went there. It looked like it hadn't been swept for weeks. The floor was filthy with crumbs everywhere. We decided to take it home because it appeared so nasty. The service was decent but they had no change for cash and had to get the cash drawer out. It took a bit. I absolutely LOVE the food though, so it was worth it and I hope I don't get sick from the condition of the place. We had a nice sized bowl and again, the taste, freshness, spice was amazing. I also had a side of the mixed roasted vegetables and those were extremely yummy. Please clean the place so it won't gross me out next time. I may not be able to get my husband to go back but I hope it's cleaned up if I do.
