When I went in tonight and notified the gentleman at the counter he apologized for what was done incorrectly. Instead of doing nothing he made it right and was able to give me extra wings. I was surprised when I got home. I was not expecting anything, just wanted to inform them of them of their mistake with my last order. Thank you for what you did and me and my family will be ordering from you again.

I wouldn’t mind waiting at home for a later pickup but being told my food would be ready at 6:10 and it still not being ready at 7:10 is a bit absurd. No fault of the staff. This is clearly a high level mismanagement issue.

I did go to the store and the manager was very nice and replaced my missing items with no problem as he had a lot of customers already waiting. Very much appreciated.
