I understand that it may take 30 minutes but 1 hour? seriously? something on the service must change. Managers pay a little more attention to your staff as many sit around talking while the meal takes more than an hour.

We parked and as we walked up to the building, my wife seen the stickers on the door that stated "Takeout and Delivery". The building has no decals on the windows and looks very uninviting. I thought the place was closed because there was trash outside and there were no hours stickers on the door. We pulled on the door and to our amazement, there was a full restaurant inside. We waited about 5 minutes and some guy in normal clothes said, "What's up? Just 2 of you today?" He walked to the booth we were going to be seated at, he placed the menus on the table and walked away. We didn't know who was going to be our server or anything. Finally, a lady walked up and took our order. A 3rd guy brought out our food who wasn't our server... The restaurant was completely empty besides 3 tables being occupied by other families. The floor was dirty, booth seats weren't wiped down, and there was trash under a lot of the tables. Toothpicks on the floor and don't even ask about the bathrooms! All I can say is.... do better! I know now why it's been almost 8 years since I've eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings. This restaurant just makes me not want to ever go back to one. If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would! But their food was OK...
