The food wasn’t rang in for at least 10 mins after we ordered, I know this because the server had to come back to the table to clarify an item. From the time of ordering it took 25 mins to receive my draft beer. My order was missing an item which was brought to the attention of the manager and I was told it would be right out…. As you can guess by the rest of my experience I never received the missing item. Server never checked on our table after food being delivered.

It was freezing cold when it did most of the orders were wrong or incomplete and we’re not served all at the same time. Drinks were a self serve station where you had to get up and serve yourself drinks after the first round. The service was so slow. It took us about 2 1/2 hours to get through or not recommend
