Fun for a family or group of friends. Wish I knew it was family style, we would have waited to visit with some friends. Tons of food for just my wife and I. Translated into lots leftovers an unfortunately we had to eat the same plate since it made no sense for us to order two family portions of food. The lasagna was pretty good but could have used more seasoning. Meaty and stayed together well! We’ll return with friends on our next trip, I’d like to try their other dishes.

Bouquet used to be the place to go for Yummy Italian at a reasonable price. The prices are now ridiculous. And they're bench seats in the area where we were sitting all needed to be replaced. They were coming loose from the foundation and uncomfortable to sit on

I ordered Christmas dinner from the downtown location. However, I was informed by an employee that my on-line order was missing. After showing my email receipt, I was told (by whom I assumed was the manager) that I could wait for my food but it would take at least half-an-hour. I, of course, said I wanted my money paid. I returned home to a house full of family just to explain that we now had nothing to serve them. Thank you for ruining Christmas dinner, Buca. My family will cease eating at your restaurant. If you want to have a nice dinner for your family and guests, get it from somewhere else.

I just can’t seem to fathom why this place only has like 3.9 almost 4 stars. When I tell you, I just experienced the best customer service by TC, I have not experienced anything like this before. If I could rate it 10/10 stars I would! He was clever, hilarious, communicative, and he does a great job at his job. My food was hot and fresh and he brought that out pretty fast. The food was absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, he helped me find out where I needed to go and was on top of everything I needed as a customer. I can’t wait for this to be my new go to spot whenever I’m in Indianapolis. Thank you so much TC!
