- AJAubrey JungNov 3, 20255.0i had a great time at blufish sushi! the parking lot was extremely crowded but there was no wait to sit down in the restaurant. the ambiance was nice but the restaurant was a little loud for my personal preference. i felt like the menu was fair in regards to the plant based options available. i ended up ordering the edamame, as well as the avo kaluna roll and unami maki roll. eel was always my favorite as a child and i feel like the replication of it was very accurate. i don't think i'd be able to distinguish right away if my sushi was vegan or not. overall the service and food was great and i would recommend this place for a nice evening out or if you're looking for vegan options in the area.

I get so much verity to choose from. Our family absolutely loves going. We also enjoyed fantastic service and they took a great care for booking my I tables of 10.

The sushi was packed so tightly it all fell apart when we tried to get it out of the container. You can't charge for something you clearly suck at. And how dare you ask for a tip after charging a packing fee on a carry out order. The management should be ashamed.

I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Calista, our bartender, who was absolutely amazing. She was warm, attentive, and made some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time — truly the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Adam, the manager, also went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. He checked in personally and you could tell he genuinely cared about every guest having a great time. Between the exceptional service, delicious sushi, and fun energy, Blue Sushi is definitely one of my new favorite spots in Indy. Can’t wait to go back!
