  My wife and I love coming to Blue Sushi, good food and great atmosphere. This time we got carry out, and never have I received a freehand drawing (from any restaurant) of Garfield on my bag. Thank you to the hostess for that surprise.

  Great sushi! The Itchy Salmon Roll is on my Death Row Meal list. The Charred Edamame and Coconut Crab Soup are outstanding. They have a lot of original, tasty rolls.

  We love usually love Blue Sushi but this was location was by far the worst. The restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived and were told that the only availability they had was at the sushi bar and the shared high top table (which they quickly changed to only the shared high top). After we were seated the bartender brought us water and then proceeded to ignore us and take care of guests who were seated after us at the sushi bar. We waited for quite a while before giving up and leaving concerned that it was a sign of how the entire meal would go. So grateful the locations closer to home have much better service!

  I was greeted when I walked in. Was immediately seated at the bar. I stopped in on Saturday with a few friends so decided to pop back in on Tuesday after work. They have a decent happy hour menu. I also love that they have multiple vegan sushi options. My goal is to try them all. My favorite so far is the eden roll. This time around, I subbed the edamame hummus for avocado while adding jalapeño and Sriracha which was a 10/10. I believe it was the manager that delivered my food and called me the new chef for coming up with a new recipe. I also tried the Thai hippie. I wasn't a fan. The restaurant was clean and vibey. The bathroom was also clean. I'm going to also post a video from Saturday. I forgot to check in.

  This a favorite restaurant my family and I enjoyed in Des Moines and Omaha. So, we were happy to find out there is one available here in IN. The food is good price is not bad but Im sorry to say the service wasn't good. And we are not demanding or hard to please. On the contrary when we see a restaurant thats short staffed or crazy busy we know service will be slow and food will take take to get to our table. We don't get dissapointed. But, when we visited it wasn't busy and they had plenty of staff. Lady took awhile to come to ur table, once we got our food and that was it we didn't see her. We decided to order more but by the time she got back to us we were finished and had to wait to get our new order. If she had approached us to ask if everything was fine we would have order then. Anyway, I will go back and try again, hopefully next time our experience will be better. Other than that like I said food is good and so is the ambience.
