  I recently found Baby's and love it! I have a diary allergy. Each time I have been in, asked questions about the food and menu they have been so helpful! I don't normally want a burger, but this place is one I would go back to just for that and the fries.

  Great spot in the Old Northside/Herron Morton neighborhood! Baby’s hits the spot every time you’re looking for delicious diner style food in a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Their smash burgers are delicious, and I love the array of sauce choices! The outdoor space is perfect in the warmer months as well. :)

  Took my partner on a date here tonight and sort of everything went wrong. It looked like there were 3-4 servers on the floor but our service was quite poor since we had to wait for our food not once but twice for nearly 35-45 minutes. When it came out of the first time, there was ranch on the wrap (though we had requested none—partner is allergic certain preservatives in ranch) so we waited for the server to return to request (and this is rare for us) the wrap be remade. Waited another 45 minutes (I finished my burger by this time) and got a wrap back with ranch on it again. Got a milkshake (cheese cake & raspberry), tasted like straight up cough medicine in ice cream ream form. Very gross. All in all, I was excited and we laughed it off as a bad valentines/birthday dinner, but will absolutely not be returning or recommending. Especially when we asked to just leave and take our check after the second wrap and we still got charged for the wrap (that we couldn’t eat).

  Where do I start? They do not mix the boozy shake... they literally give you a shot bottle and then make you pour it into the shake. That actually made me really mad. And it did not help that the shake by itself was actually the most bland chocolate shake I have ever had. The place is extremely overpriced for food you can get at steak n shake for cheaper. It’s literally steak n shake but with the option to mix alcohol into your flavorless milkshake. I like they they are supportive of the LGBTQ and seem to have good morals.... but holy crap they are pricey for below average food.
