Ordered online for pick up, was called about 5 minutes later telling me they cant make my order and they won't refund it either. If you have it available on your platform to order it should be available, if you have a reason you cant make the order you are required to refund the customer as its not my fault you cant make my food. Then you hang up because I want my refund. I come to the establishment and an employee is sitting on the counter and again denied my refund or my food. Absolutely will not be back and i will be informing the heath department as it is unsanitary to be sitting on counters that food goes on. This location obviously needs to fire the entire crew General manager and all and start over.

I used the drive thru. After receiving my order, checked my bag for what I received. The employee immediately came back to the window and told me "To get off his clock". I guess only certain people have the right to check their order.
Don't worry I won't be on your clock again.
Really a Zero rating for your store at 86th & Zionsville Road.
