    Food was good but they shortchanged me when I paid in cash, and were uninterested in fixing their mistake. It isn’t that the $0.21 they shorted me is going to break my piggy bank, but it’s a basic customer service issue. If I tried to pay them $0.21 less than the total for my order, they aren’t going to give me the order unless I make up the difference.

    I had a doordash driver go to pick up my food, an African American female told her to leave after only giving her the drinks. I called the store manager, claims he told said DoorDash driver to wait but per the video that I have seen, he never told her to wait and the African American female was being very rude and yelled at DoorDash driver to leave.

    Unfortunately I ordered a chicken sandwhich and didnt get any chicken on said sandwich. I think someone in the back made a mistake. I didnt notice until a couple bites in. When I called they wanted me to bring the sandwhich back but I couldn't because I was driving to a meeting. If i was in store i would have gladly done it. The girl who answered wanted me to save the half eaten sandwhich and bring it back. I understand why but also Im not sure they would even believe me at this point. I just wanted to let them know someone made a mistake and Id love to come get just the sandwhich not the whole meal again necessarily but id have to come another day. I know Arbys is good so I wanted to enjoy it.

    I came on my lunch break to grab some food. The service was very good. And they were very quick. Only complaint was my fries were terribly burnt. Didn't have time to go back but... I might give them another chance one day.
