  We came today in hopes of getting the Hawaiian king fish sandwich . Which Arby’s doesn’t have it all the time . After waiting inside that had no other customers hour after opening figured things would be good and fresh . Received my sandwich with no fillet just bread and lettuce . After traveling home no one answered the phone forced to return . Told intially that they no longer do refunds but thankful the gentleman that called i believe his boss (Tammy) to walk him through it .

  Horrible food, I have went there multiple times, ordered roast beef, last time they gave me the amount of roast beef for a classic when I ordered a half pound. this time all the roast beef was completely dried and some of it was overcooked. If you order roast beef from here I would strongly urge you to chose a different location because they don't give you the correct amount or they surve you dry and old roast beef. I just think the cook doesn't care when throwing the sandwiches together

  Ordered 3 meals and was only give 2 of them but 3 drinks. Kinda ruins the experience

  i ordered 2 6pc mozzarella sticks & 8 count of jalapeño bites. it’s 10:30 in the morning none of your employees sound like they want to be here & are not very customer friendly. if you don’t want to work fast food and or deal with people find another job. this is the second time i have came to this location as for my job is right down the road. i received someone else’s order tried to go inside door was locked so i went back through the drive through, at least they apologized & didn’t take the food back given it would be a violation of the health code.

  I’m surprised they’re still in business. Expect to wait 20 minutes or more for your food IF there’s no line. If there’s a line don’t even bother. Employees are not friendly and the food is always cold and stale but still somehow takes forever to get AND it’s expensive.
