    As of 02/08/2026 they have Roaches so please DO NOT EAT HERE!! I had the worst encounter at this restaurant and feel that they are incredibly dishonest and should be shut down immediately. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD AND REFUND YOU & WILL LIE TO DOORDASH TO KEEP YOUR MONEY! I made a large order via Doordash(NEVER WILL USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN EITHER) and came into the store to pick it up. When I asked to pick up my order, the male Cashier came with only a large bag of food. When I inquired about the drinks I paid for, he immediately got defensive saying that if I wanted to order drinks he will add them on but that I did not have any drinks in my current order - REDFLAG #1. So I showed him my order and he asked if I was a Dasher or picking up for myself and I told him the latter. He then pulls up the receipt and goes on saying “okay you do have drinks just hold on a minute” and heads to the kitchen. While he’s in the back, I grab my food and begin walking towards the exit to place my bag into the car only to see that a nice sized roach is sitting in the corner alive & well. I stop and immediately turn around to address him when he comes back out. I show him the roach and he agrees it is indeed a roach, then I ask if this was a known problem. He says that he has to take pictures and send it to his boss because this is a bad problem and they need to get an exterminator because he doesn’t know where the problem is stemming from, but since we are “Nice People” if I don’t want the food that I’d have to contact DoorDash for a refund and he would confirm it. So we gave him back the food and he said he would dispose of it, but he never gave a receipt or any documentation whatsoever - REDFLAG #2. I go out to my car and call Door-dash about the issue and they tell me that they have to confirm with the store that the order was never received due to food safety issues and that the store would refund me immediately; then I was put on hold for some time. I start heading back to my stay and then the agent on the phone tells me that my request is denied because the store owner told her that they gave us the food and that there was nothing wrong. I immediately turn around and keep the agent on the line because I had to drive back to the store and confront the employee myself because I was shocked that he lied when he had just assured me and my party that he would refund us a credit back since the roach issue was pointed out. When I get inside and tell him I have pictures of the roach and that I have DoorDash on the phone, his tone completely changed and he starts getting defensive again, even saying that the agent on the phone was stupid and didn’t know what she was talking about. He said I just need to tell them to give me a credit and then he gets on my phone and tells the agent to give me the credit before he dismisses everything. I ask for his name and he refuses to give it to me, claiming that the store owner is Lakhuir and that he would handle the refund. So he grabs a random receipt and writes his manager’s name on the back of it but refused to give a direct cell number for contact and tells me to call the store number. Well fast forward to today 02/17/2026 and I have still been denied my refund by Doordash because of policy, even though I provided photos of the insect, and these owners have done nothing on their end to resolve it further. Doordash says they were told one thing and the store employees claimed they would honor the refund. If they were a truly honest and forthcoming business they would have just refunded my order in person while there regardless of me placing it through DoorDash online, because it’s still in their system and they are still getting my money. I understand there are intricacies, but this matter was ridiculous especially considering the circumstances of disgusting insects like roaches -and an almost 80$ meal lost out on would frustrate anyone. After this experience I won’t be shocked if they will try to completely lie in response, or maybe they never respond! Who knows! Just don’t EAT HERE!!!

    Shitty restaurant with low quality food. They’re on Uber Eats trying to claim they’re offering by one get one. They aren’t. They hiked the price of their entree by 100% and are pretending people are getting a deal. Get this trash box out of business. How shady.
