I went back and talk to them trying to resolve this problem for something….. not wanting a free drink just some kind of apology didn’t even get that. He claimed that they always give that much ice but I have been several times and not got that much. Then the other lady that I talked to said that they give 12 oz always. Seems contradictory like you always fill the ice to the top but I’m also always guaranteed 12 oz …. Which I didn’t get. As a teenage girl who works hard for her money I feel taken advantage of NEVER GOING BACK.
