  Food was good and everything tasted fresh, so no complaints there. The biggest issue was with the ordering system. The staff just calls out the items instead of using names or numbers. Because of that, my order ended up getting taken by someone else who had a similar order. The staff failed to recognize that I had been waiting there for 15 minutes while many orders ahead of me got fulfilled. It made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. A simple system update would go a long way.

  This place is so underrated. The customer service is great. Ordering, checking out, food preparers and even the food hand off this is just a good location.

  I had the best customer experience here. We ordered on the app, but it chose the wrong store as we were in Carmel. It placed the order to this store instead (our normal store). The management here made it right. They went above and beyond and made sure that I did not pay twice for a single order. Very rarely does a business work this closely with a single customer to make sure they are happy. They have earned my continued business. I hope others read this and can trust that on the rare occasion something goes wrong, this location will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. 5 Stars! Love the food! Great as always.

  The manager I’m assuming ? Not quite sure .. Whomever answered the phone this morning is entirely RUDE. I ordered from UBER EATS and it clearly asks you do you want your bagel TOASTED SLICED AND IT ASK WHAT TYPE OF BAGEL .. NOWHERE IN THE OPTIONS DOES IT ASK YOU ABOUT A SPREAD AND OR IS THEIR AN OPTION TO GET A SIDE OF ONE !!! I called to specify that and the lady whom answered the phone gave me a stern chuckle and proceeded to state they always give you a spread option. ! Like ma’am if they gave me the option I would’ve selected it and we wouldn’t be on the phone? Clearly she hasn’t been on the Uber Eats platform ever and or in some time or she would know. I know from working in the industries certain businesses allow/deny what can be placed on these 3rd party sites, so its possible this is one of those occasions and or strictly for bagels only are spreads not applicable I’m not sure all I know is the lady is rude and needs to be addressed via answering phones
