  They need to lear how to LISTEN. I have been here several times today I told them 3 times. 2 sugar, not 3, 3 is way too much sugar. Every time I said 2 sugar they would say see you at the window, see you at the window and never acknowledged what I ordered. When I got to the window my drink had 3 sugar lol. I just drove off I had already read their reviews before and knew it wasn’t worth the argument. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. It would resolve all these bad reviews.

  Great food and friendly customer service. I would just be careful that if you are driving south on Michigan road that you don't try to turn left into the entrance off of Michigan Rd or you'll be blocking traffic a while cuz it's a busy street. Instead take a left at the light and go in the south entrance off of Cooper Rd.

  Not sure what all the bad reviews are, but this location is 10x better than the one in Broad Ripple. They always get my food and drinks correct, and are kind. I haven't had a bad experience here and I'm here almost every morning. I am sad they discontinued the chocolate cold foam. Bring it back 😭

  I went this morning and had my order through the app and went in to grab it. One of my drinks was wrong. I had asked for ‘less ice’ and it was 3/4 full of ice. The older gentlemen was actually aggressive with me that it was done right, even pointing to the label where it said ‘less ice.’ I kept showing on the cup where less ice normally is (at other stores) and he kept refusing to fix it when I requested to simply take some out please. The young girl observing ended up walking away and then hollered that I should have said no ice. I politely said I would’ve but it wasn’t an offered option on the app for a refresher. I was just dumbfounded with their rudeness. I’ve never been to this location before as it is fairly new. I’m not one to leave many reviews places but this is for sure my first unfavorable one. The audacity to be mean and refuse to fix it, let alone just offer to fix it is shocking. they appeared to take my request as a personal attack, I just don’t get it. I was polite and calm yet they remained rude. I’m loyal to Dunkin but a future solution will just be Starbucks a mile down the road.
