She first lied to us saying they were out of refreshers and coffee, then proceeded to say we are closed. It was 5:40 pm when we went through the drive thru, and this location says it does not close until 9 pm. Don’t go here, they lie and clearly don’t want service.

This is the last time I’m ever giving the entire Dunkin’ chain a chance for my business. Update your hours to close whenever you want to but stick to whatever you have posted as your operating hours. Ridiculous.

Two, they do not care to make your drink how you ask just how it’s supposed to be made. Idk how many times I’ve asked for no foam and I am still handed a medium cup with mostly foam in it. It’s ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
