  I have eaten at every Dunkin’ Donuts from South to West and Eastside. This location is the best Dunkin’ Donuts that I know the food is always fresh. It’s never over or undercooked. The people always have great customer service. I am honestly disappointed at any other one that I’ve ever been to I will travel to get to this location specifically because it will never disappoint.

  Coffee literally was water with creamer and sugar. Terrible. The eggs and bacon on all 3 of my breakfast sandwich’s were COLD but the bagel part was warm. Completely disappointed because this location used to be good when they first opened. The staff was really nice though so that’s the plus to it all I guess.

  Very rude, didn’t get a greeting at the door. Customer service sucks. The lady up front just was making orders had people waiting in the lobby. Even ask one of the coworkers to help she came around the corner and just looked and went back around the corner. Avoid going here you might wait 1 hour to get served.

  Bonjour! first off, specific employees keep throwing away my receipts! Secondly, i asked for LESS ice, and no whipped cream. If you mistakenly add it, REMAKE THE DRINK. Also i wanted less ice for a specific reason! Please work harder at what you get paid for… thanks.

  Absolutely avoid this location at all costs… I been going here a year ordering the same drink every morning before work. Never had an issue out of the service or drink until Tuesday of this week.I called and asked for a remade drink for the following day (Wednesday) Wednesday came I went to get that remade drink and it tasted worse then the first one on Tuesday so I called the store spoke to the manager she wouldn’t give me a refund because I ordered on the mobile app and was told to call corporate well I did I stayed on the phone yesterday with corporate for 35 mins and no one ever picked up… so I tried to go back today and ask kindly for a correct remade drink and the manager was rude and said well thing is we gave you the remade drink yesterday…. Ok i understand that but it wasn’t made correctly still… she followed by I will tell them not to add too much espresso in it because that shouldn’t be happening but refused to give me a remade drink… I been getting this drink here for a year every morning at this location and I NEVER experienced it being inedible… I have spent so much money here.. but to spend 7$ on a drink and can’t even drink it and the service was just as crappy as the drink was.. when I said I won’t be coming back the manager shrugged as if customers don’t matter… i absolutely will never return to this location!!! The manager needs to be properly trained. I will keep calling corporate and complaining until I get a refund I don’t care if it’s just 7$ to them.. I paid for a drink and I should’ve been able to drink the drink I ordered.
