  DO NOT go to this DD location ever. They have the most rude and careless staff. I ordered the $6 meal deal with an iced coffee and a bagel sandwich. They charged me the regular individual price for the coffee and sandwich, and did not give me the hash browns that were supposed to come with it. When I went back to the speaker to let them know I was erroneously charged, they got SUPER defensive and were insistent that that’s not what I ordered. Then I pulled up to the window, and there were 4 workers standing there basically ganging up on me saying I didn’t order what I know I ordered. They asked me if i wanted to pay for hash browns. I said, no, they were supposed to come with the $6 deal that I ordered. They then agreed to run a separate transaction with the correct price, and they charged me for it but never gave me a refund receipt for the first order. Before the lady ran the correct transaction she was oddly insistent that i give my sandwich back to her, and tried to justify it by saying “we have to take the old food back because we have to prepare new food since its a new transaction”. What???? When I asked for a refund receipt from the erroneous order, the lady refused to give me one but assured me I was getting refunded. We will see about that. They were weirdly defensive about it, which leads me to believe they are probably stealing menu items under the table and finding ways to overcharge customers to make up for what they’re taking. Worst DD experience I’ve ever had.

  Consistently receiving cold queso on the loaded hash browns. Customer service redirected my complaint to the franchisee who never followed up on contacting me.

  Asked for a decaf coffee but was given a caffeinated coffee LABELED as a decaf. A mistake such as this one is most definitely not a minor one, some people have issues such as heart problems or severe anxiety and cannot handle any amount of caffeine. This surely wasn't trace amounts of caffeine, as I'm incredibly dizzy, anxious, and jittery as I'm typing this. I have an interview tomorrow morning and this incident has majorly thrown off my sleep schedule. The customer service was also terrible. If I were you I wouldn't ever visit this location considering the fact that they don't care about customers and their satisfaction to any degree.

  GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE!! Came here for the first time since moving to Indiana. I usually love Dunkin. But the woman at the window had a very unpleasant attitude. Also when I got my order I had to go BACK to the store because they made it wrong. I don’t know who owns this Dunkin. But the attitudes aren’t good on the morning shift.
