  How you gonna charge me an extra .75 for some foam and then give me a drink with no foam?!?! And then when I asked for a refund try to give me my refund without the .75 charge?!??!?!?! I see why this DD has a 2.2 rating! Ridiculous.

  Lady who works there is a real, honest-to-goodness Karen. She screamed at me for not picking up trash in their parking lot that was their business’s own trash. I’m not even a garbage man or street cleaner. Abhorrent behavior, asking someone busy working to clean up their business’s garbage. Had their company name on the box.

  Every 3-4 months I get this crazy idea that some munchkins sound good, but I end up disappointed every time. They’re always hard, the staff is usually rude, drinks are always gross, drive thru line takes forever and they only give the promotional items to their friends and family. I really need to stop thinking “this time will be better” because it never is and I don’t think it ever will be 😢

  Always come here and the drinks are always so inconsistent they never taste the same they either have a bunch of matcha or sugar sitting at the bottom . I went today and ordered two of the exact same matchas , I ordered ahead and still waited forever and when I got the drinks they’re not the same . One taste sour and the other has a hair in it , they never answer the phone and I couldn’t go back because I have to get to work . So disappointed

  I'd actually give no stars. The worst one by far to visit. The staff just plays around for a paycheck. I asked for a medium hot coffee with half and half. The person at the drive through kept saying we only have seleeet and low. I asked for half and half, they kept repeating to me "they only have sweet and low". I explained they are talking about a sugar and I am talking about a creamer. They still had no clue what I was saying. How are they still working there? Terrible training, staff doesn't care to work. Terrible establishment that has all teenagers working with no clue of how to do anything. Shut it down. Don't do business here.
