  I generally experienced very fast service with Dominos but this store was an exception to it. Even if I placed my pizza order 20 minutes in advance, I had to wait another 30 minutes at the store. I had to wait 50 minutes for just 2 pizzas. Try visiting this store if you have plenty of time to wait.

  Absolutely horrible service. Ordered pizza online. Pizza is supposed to be ready at 9:15pm. Show up and they haven't even STARTED my order. It is now 10:15pm pizza is done door is locked and im waiting in line for pizza that will be cold by the time I get it. A whole hour later. Staff standing around, no one is doing what is needed. Fire ALL THE DAMN STAFF!!!

  This is hands down the worst pizza place I’ve gone to. Dominos is already pretty mid but this location is TRASH. I ordered a veggie pizza and they added bacon, chicken, and ham to my pizza. I do not eat meat and it was so inconvenient to bring it back. Then the big head lady at the front tried to give me a hard time about getting a new pizza. Man you might as well go to Little Caesar’s 😂

  I have never had an experience like this at Domino's or left them a bad rating. But this Domino's needs a whole new makeover of staff. I placed an order online like I always do to be delivered to my hotel. I received the phone call but no one said anything and hung up on me and it said Domino's Pizza so I called back. The lady at the restaurant was very rude to me when I asked her was to drive her here because I just had a phone call from their location. She told me she didn't know and again I explained to her I just had a phone call where someone hung up on me from this location. She pretty much told me she couldn't do nothing about that and didn't care to tell me if the driver was downstairs at the hotel or not. I told her if she'd like to get paid could you please find out because I was in my room and unable to come downstairs. She hung up on me. I called back and got some other lady on the phone that was even Ruder and told me she was canceling my order. All for asking what's the driver here because someone called and hung up on me from their location. They threatened me with the police over ordering food and asking a simple question. Now my question is you cancel the order you deliver my food a half hour later the person's banging on my door so I give him the money but I'm too scared to eat the food because I don't know if they've done something to it at this point. Are they canceling orders and stealing food or stealing the money for themselves. Because there was no reason for them to act the way they did for me asking a simple question. I would never eat here or recommend this location

  I had pre-ordered pizzas to be delivered for a birthday party. When they did not arrive on time, I called the store. The manager told me that their system was wiped out and she did not have access to any orders. She told me to come to the store and she could make the pizzas I needed. I mentioned that I was unable to get out of the house at that time since we had a party going on and I could not leave the kids by themselves. She blatantly said, "I cannot do much in that case"! The rudeness of her comments threw me off. I asked for a refund, which never came so far. The worst part was-there was no concern or any will to do things right from the manager's side. I would not like to visit/do business with such a place again.
