So after siting in the line till 12:48 as I am typing this review I asked for two ranch cups n which they told me no because they where closed I told them I could pay but yet they refused then I got my pizza finally & they still messed it up🤦🏾twice I can’t make it up so I just left unsatisfied honestly

- STShannon TerrellFeb 20, 20261.0If I could give zero I would. I placed an order for a family member, received a call saying the driver was there. We checked no food had been delivered. I called the driver back he didn’t answer, I called the store and they basically said it was impossible he had arrived as he had just left the store 3 minutes prior. We agreed to wait, an hour goes by still no food. I call the store back manager tells me to be check the nearby houses and if we can’t locate the order they will refund it. I called back to let them no there’s no food the manager refuses to come to the phone. Has the employee tell me there driver went to the wrong house and my options are have the order remade (we’ve been waiting 2 hours at this point) or a store credit. I said neither was acceptable and I wanted a refund as I will no longer be doing business with this location. I was placed on hold then hung up on. Don’t order from this location, extremely poor customer service.
