  They mess up orders way too often. I’ve had missing pizza toppings multiple times, and even had my orders missed completely. Sometimes they’ll fix it, sometimes not, but either way it wastes time, and I don’t have the energy to keep complaining every time. I don’t recommend this location. If you like Dominos like I do, I’d honestly suggest driving to the Castleton location if possible, it’s much better than the ones closer to downtown

  We got serve old pizza dough again guess what I didn’t like we had to wait for a GM to come into just to just get something done

  The manager was incredibly lazy and unprofessional. Before placing my order, I specifically called the store to confirm that the pizza could be delivered to my hotel room. The reason I asked is because I’m pregnant and had been on my feet for the last two days. I would not have placed the order if they had told me that wasn’t possible. The employee on the phone assured me it would be fine. I even planned on giving an additional tip when the driver brought it up to my room. I had already tipped 25% through the app. However, when the order arrived, the so-called manager—who was also the person delivering the pizza—called me from the lobby and said he couldn’t bring it up due to “security reasons.” That explanation didn’t make much sense considering drivers deliver directly to apartment doors all the time. When I questioned him about it, he had a very rude, sassy attitude. The store is only 0.8 miles from my hotel, and the service was still this poor. I’ve already contacted customer service about the situation. At the very least, I’d like my $6 tip refunded, because he absolutely did nothing to deserve it. Very disappointing experience.   Terrible customer service told me because their short staffed their taking online orders only I don’t have the ability to order online so basically they told me I was out of luck which is bullshit I’m a paying customer doesn’t matter short staffed or not they should’ve taken my delivery order they are the only store in my area that delivers here I won’t be ordering from dominoes ever again
