Go for the games leave for food and service from anywhere else. Tried to take the family out took over 50 minutes for cold food to come out of the kitchen. Did not see a manager until I went to the host to go get him. My server stopped by once after we had waited 25 minutes to tell us we were just waiting on the chicken sandwich and we still waited a half hour. The best they could do is take off the food that was cold and not eaten. Great place as long as you don't need service or hot food.

Came here during spring break to blow $300 on a day of games. Not my ideal way to spend that much money but kids wanted to.
Waiting about 15 minutes and finally asked how we can purchase a game pass. I asked an employee if anyone was working the front, response:
“No, that’s why the lights are off.”
Ok, sorry the entire place is dark so that is a terrible response. Put a sign at the desk, much easier.
Do better D&B, that’s not how you do business.

Dave & Busters is always a go to spot for me as I absolutely love arcades— however this was the worst D&B experience I think i’ve ever had. Almost all the games we played didn’t give tickets & the ones that did were extremely short / gave barely any tickets & a handful of games were broken or unplayable. E.x. The guitar hero game had a busted yellow guitar key so only one side was able to be played. They shut off all the games 5 minutes before closing time, turned off ALL the lights 2 minutes before closing time with absolutely no warning & the ticket/winner circle attendant was rude & inattentive as hell. I suggest you save your money & either find a different D&B or find another arcade instead. Roughly $60 of hard earned money I regret spending.

This is the worst Dave and Buster’s we’ve ever been to. We went on a Wednesday for the half priced games and took 3 kids plus 2 adults. Spend over $300 on cards to find out most of the games they wanted to play was not working. The restrooms at this place were absolutely disgusting. The worst gas station bathrooms would have been a better choice than this place. The front restroom had toilet paper all over the floor and none in the dispenser. The one closest to the prize store had a really bad sewer smell with water seeping through the walls and standing in the stalls. Never again!!!

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant inside Dave & Buster’s Indianapolis. The issue was primarily with a manager on duty.
The manager was wearing glasses and had a very dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Throughout the interaction, there were multiple snarky comments that made the situation uncomfortable instead of helping resolve it.
As a customer, I expect basic professionalism and respect, especially from someone in a leadership role. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking during this visit.
I would appreciate if someone from corporate or regional management could reach out to me directly to address this situation and work toward a resolution.
Until then, I would strongly suggest better training and oversight for management staff at this location.
