  We live in Fishers and go out of our way to dine at this Chipotle location. The location at 116th is right by our house but is by far the worst Chipotle in Hamilton County. This Binford location has fast & efficient service, restaurant cleanliness and hardworking staff that 116th location simply lacks. We had a delicious meal last night 4/3/26. We will return!

  Multiple(3) visits to this location with no salad dressing at 7–8pm. What’s worse is they allow you to order a salad, get you to checkout and nonchalantly make you aware that they are out of dressing. 🗑️

  Did online pick up and few items were missing in my order and when I called them they said they ran out off items and hung up call on me

  I went in today hungry, and left even hungrier. I get a simple order: white rice, double steak, corn, cheese, sour cream and queso. I cannot overstate just how small portion sizes are. The amount of steak was fine, shockingly given Chipotle’s overarching reputation. But the rice, arguably the cheapest component of the meal, was lackluster to say the least. When everything was put together, it didn’t even fill half of the bowl. (See picture for reference.) I wouldn’t even be mad if not for spending $30(!) for my half a bowl of food. All of this is to say, this location (at least) should train its staff better to give accurate portion sizes (of rice?!), or needs to be put out of business simply due to the stinginess of ownership instructing it’s workers to skimp on select items on the menu. My wife’s order was even worse, and given that she is pregnant, we were greatly dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of food from this location. We will NOT be returning and we’d advise any serious Chipotle enjoying customer to make the drive to any other location. Trust me, you won’t regret that decision.

  What's the deal with the fajitas at this location. I was shocked when I was told yesterday that they were out and had no more coming available, yet they were several hours before closing! The server was polite, and apologized for not having any available, and so I went ahead and placed my order instead of walking out. I should have walked out; it just wasn't the same without them.
