  i was waiting in line for quite a while. then when it was finally my turn, they ran out of white rice. why did the employee not get more when they were running low? who knows. anyways once i asked for white rice, this idiot employee starts asking the people behind me if they want white rice. most of them say no, and this lazy employee LET THEM GO AROUND ME AFTER I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR A LONG TIME! i normally don’t leave bad reviews and i don’t wanna sound like a karen, but this is absolutely unacceptable and made me beyond angry. 0/10 customer service.

  This Chipotle has really gone down hill. Every time I order ahead I get to sit at the drive through lane at the window for 5-10 minutes for someone to finally come hand me my food

  Service was insanely slow and there were plenty of employees relative to customers. I was 4th in line and it was probably a 15 minute wait. Workers had no sense of urgency whatsoever

  No matter how busy, they’ll have one person doing the whole line by themself while everybody else just stares. Not waiting 30 mins for this quality of food. Edit: I’m not contacting you bro, I wouldn’t wait for 30 mins for this food if it’s free or not.
