- KMKierra Morris5 days ago2.0The customer service needs significant improvement. It’s not appropriate to have loud rap music blasting in the restaurant. Honestly, there shouldn’t be music playing at that volume at all. It comes across as very unprofessional. Professionalism should also be maintained at the front counter, especially since customers can clearly see employee behavior. I’ve noticed more joking around and distractions than actual work being done. This location of Chipotle should consider retraining employees to ensure a more professional and customer focused environment.

It’s also frustrating that chips are available but can’t be purchased in-store—I’m told I have to place a mobile order just to buy them. Overall, I’m disappointed with the service and the atmosphere at this location.

No matter the quoted time on your catering order, they don't start it until you arrive especially if it's a.m. I recommend calling 45 minutes in advance, letting them know you can get it started because I'm gonna be there at that time you guys quoted me. If not, you are surely going to be waiting 25 minutes if not more

And when we got there at 3:15 and notified them we were picking up our catering order they just then began to start/work on it. Took 15 minutes to get our order out us. Order was for a baby shower, so it was time sensitive. Not really sure what the purpose of placing the order in advance and setting a pickup time if they’re only going to start on it when you get there.
