It’s close to where I live so I keep going back, and every single time I leave beyond frustrated. The service is despicable. No one greets you, no one comes to take your order (until after a few minutes of staring at them) just absolutely pathetic. Not even a busy location either, I’m always the only one in line. It’s truly laughable.. avoid this location if you can.

I schedule my order for pickup at the same time, and they’ve never been late or messed up my order. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I am extraordinarily grateful and dependent upon this Chipotle and hope they continue to earn my daily dollars.
