- MCManda Beth Carson6 days ago1.0This chik fil a needs help. Trashcans were full and overflowing. Bathrooms were gross. Floors and tables in dining area were gross. The chik fil a signature sandwich was so gross. It had been sitting so long under the heat lamp that the bun was hard. The breading on the chicken was so gross and old. My husband’s sandwich was cold. My second sandwich was grabbed from the heat lamp immediately upon my husbands request and was gross. How many times can I say the word gross? It’s just a really poor example of a chik fil a. A brand that is known across the nation for excellence. Waffle fries were the only thing that went right. And the associates were friendly.
