I've submitted feedback through the app (which is an insane process that takes no less than 10 minutes) about the issue twice and I'm hoping that writing a public review might result in an improved QC process. Additionally, ordering via app almost guarantees a longer wait time than just pulling up and ordering which is CRAZY.
