  Placed a breakfast order at 10:20 pulled up at 10:29 had already paid in advance. And while we were talking to an associate about picking up our food it came over the walki talki not to take any more breakfast orders and to clear them from the screen. The girl then proceeded to tell us we could not have our order while talking to her manager. We backed out and I went inside to ask why that would be the case when we had already paid and were already here. One manager proceeded to tell me they couldn’t see the orders in advance so they didn’t know but I had already heard her say to clear them. Then a second woman came out and said they would be unable to make part of our order but would be more than happy to make the rest of it. Then a large red haired man came out and informed me they wouldn’t be making any of it because there cook said no. So we got lied to repeatedly and misinformed multiple times. He then handed me coupons and proceeded to send me on my way. It takes 3 days to get a refund from your bank. We are fortunate enough that we had more money to spend on food this morning but what if we hadn’t? What if that $20 was the food money that day? We eat at chick fil a very regularly but I have never been so disappointed in my service there. Not to mention the first girl we spoke to informed us that they were making orders individually based on what popped up on the screen because breakfast was coming to an end. Then in the next breath saying but they had no idea what orders were coming while blaming it on everyone else she could think of. It was a 10 count mini order. Even if you had switched the lunch it was literally 10 chicken nuggets on bread. Everything else was a drink or an all day product. But no the entire order needed canceled.

  My wife got the southwest salad as usual, but this time the salad was nasty with bad Lettuce. I called the number on the Receipt and spoke with the lady at the care chick fil a place. Maybe a day later I get a email from Brendan Riggs. Telling me Thanks for letting me know about the problem you had. That was last week and they never made it right with me. This is not the first time we have had issues with this Eastside Chick-fil-A. This Chick-fil-A is a little different compared to others. They don't deal with customers service well unless you are looking them in the face and even then that can be iffy. Only at this Chick-fil-A.

  It took 12 minutes to get our order and we were the only ones there. The kids working were playing around throwing ice at each other. Our order was given to us incomplete and by the time we realized they were closed.

  This place always seems super busy, however I get tired of showing up and constantly getting looked at/treated like I dont speak English. For a christian ran organization, I dont feel like I'm being judged anywhere else so harshly as I do when I come in to try to get food from any Chil-fil-a

  Waited in the line for over 35 mins for breakfast...no one was taking orders and it was a mess. Once I finally got waited on they said I could no longer get breakfast. When I said I was here 20 mins before breakfast was over they got a manager. They offered me a free breakfast entree next visit. How about we just do better. This is the worst rated Chick-fil-A around the city for a reason...can we fix that or just rely on giving out free food and wasting people's time and gas.
