The waitress never paid any attention to me she took 30 minutes to take my drinks, and I received no service I'm a long-time customer I'll never come back 😔😔

Our waitress didn’t write our order down and came back twice to ask us what we ordered. Even after verifying, our food came out completely wrong. I tried to get her attention twice and said excuse me and she made eye contact w me, rolled her eyes and walked away. Will never go here again. Horrible service. That waitress should be fired. When we told her what exactly was wrong she walked away while we were talking. We weren’t “Karen’s” And were polite and respectful. Service was horrible and order was wrong (because she never wrote it down to begin with)

I understand that it may take 30 minutes but 1 hour? seriously? something on the service must change. Managers pay a little more attention to your staff as many sit around talking while the meal takes more than an hour.
