  Bad experience in the mid day shift. I ordred boneless wings and they gave me bone in. Our fries were cold. My husbands wings half didn’t even come with the rub on it just plain wings. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. My husband didn’t get any of the extra sauce he ordered. We ended up going to a different location.

  The food was cold, and the server (Jayla) paid no attention to detail. We reported that our food was cold, that she forgot part of our order, and that she did nothing about it. Our food was brought out, and she never saw the table until after she had gathered her belongings and made a call in the lobby.

  Didn't know you could sit in a half empty restaurant waiting for the non-existent service for 25 minutes before deciding to leave. Reprehensible quality of staff tonight, pick a different location clearly they do not value your business.

  Worst experience. Ordered wings with fries for carryout. Supposed to include celery and/or carrots. No celery or carrots, dipping sauces were not what I ordered. Called and manager wanted me to drive back 20 min to get what was wrong or not included. Then tried to tell me the celery/carrots were free and not part of the order. That's bull. It's included in the menu description making it part of the order. Because I insisted, she agreed to mail me a gift card for my trouble. It's been weeks and no gift card. Wings were terrible, dry and hard. Fries were old, cold, and dry. If you're smart, you'll go somewhere else.
