I was holding an event here and each team member was attentive, kind, flexible, extremely hospitable, and helped me navigate last minute changes very quickly and efficiently. MANAGER STANDING BY, NOT ASSISTING WITH BAGGING TO GO, THEY HAD 6 PEOPLE WAITING FOR TAKE OUT. THEY WRRE NOT WORKING WITH ANY SINCE OF URGENCY. LINE COOK ON PHONE WHILE COOKING. SERVERS SEEMED OFF TOO, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AND I RECCOMMEND THIS ADDRESSED, TEAM WORK AND MULTITASKING IS CRUCIAL IN A SUCCESSFUL RESTAURANT OR ANY BUSINESS FOR THAT MATTER. I WOULD GIVE THIS EXPERIENCE NEGATIVE 100 STARS. THIS OCCURED 3.19.2026 AROUND 9:30-10 PM. IT WAS NOT BUSY, IT TOOK 45 MIN TO BAG ORDER ONCE ARRIVED, ORDER WAS PLACED 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

The wife and I had Fettuccine Alfredo, with a side off garlic bread/with dipping sauce. Ordered fried mozzarella as a appetizer. I MEAN TERRIBLE!!!... I can say we have had some bad meals , but was able to actually finish our food. Not TODAY spent around $142 / still gave the server a nice tip , but that was the worst meal I've ever had . The food taste like it was straight out the microwave and frozen , I know some restaurants may use it to nuke your food for a spell , but Damn!!!.. The Alfredo/w chicken reminded me of mashed potatoes with white gravy, my kids love spaghetti and pizza you'd figured that would be a hard dish to mess up , but mission accomplished. I promise we took a few bites washed it down with pop and asked for the check. I could asked for a refund, but why bother. Hands down the worst meal ever😤
