  Waited in tge drive tru for 20 minutes before even ordering, workers were just talking to eachother and the food was cold and tasted like crap. Absolutely will not be back at thos location, that sort of service is unacceptable.

  Ordered online for pick up, was called about 5 minutes later telling me they cant make my order and they won't refund it either. If you have it available on your platform to order it should be available, if you have a reason you cant make the order you are required to refund the customer as its not my fault you cant make my food. Then you hang up because I want my refund. I come to the establishment and an employee is sitting on the counter and again denied my refund or my food. Absolutely will not be back and i will be informing the heath department as it is unsanitary to be sitting on counters that food goes on. This location obviously needs to fire the entire crew General manager and all and start over.
