  I ended up getting (2) of the $7.99 box meals and it is not worth the money almost $18.00 the size of the fries 🍟 I ate in 2 bites and the roastbeef would have equaled 2 pieces of lunch meat from my fridge , it's just not worth $8.00 , would I recommend Arbys yes but not the box meal !! Ended up going to tacobell afterwards because that wasn't enough. For that price we should have been full

  First of all, fill up the cheese cups. Your food costs don't matter to me; I want a full cup of cheese sauce. I paid for it. Second, the individual running drive through today at 5pm needs an attitude adjustment. Cutting people off before they can even say the name of their order is petty and immature. If you hate your job so much, find a different one. Stop taking your misery out on people who are just trying to grab lunch. Short hair and baggy black jeans, you know who you are. The vibes at this location are terrible. Do better.

  THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT Me and my wife get food from this location a couple times a month. It’s close and convenient and is usually pretty good and service is OK. (They do a lot of standing around. ) Im very disgusted because on this night I went to pick up an order and I witnessed a employee (young woman with a short haircut) stick her hand down the front of her pants and itch herself while facing the drive-through window . I was so appalled , I had to sit there and process what I just saw . We trashed the food and we are done with that location . I really hate leaving this review but ewww

  I was ripped off on 3-3-26 at the west Washington st store. I am sure it was on purpose. We pull up at 8:24 pm. All the outside lighting was turned off. We went to the drive up and placed our order. Paid at the window with my card and received a receipt. When handed the food the cashier said the payment didn't process and needed the card back. Received another receipt. At home found the order was wrong. Checking my bank found both transactions processed so they kept my real order. Noone will answer the phone.
