    My daughter, granddaughter, and I walked into this Arby's Saturday evening at 9:00. I heavy set woman walked from behind the counter towards the soda machine. I smiled and said hello. She smirked and went back towards the food prep area. We stood there for 5 or 6 minutes with no acknowledgement. We left and will not be back.

    Do better. Waited 5-10mins in drive thru. Got 2 7.99 meat & 3 boxes. Asked for crinkle fries and I got half crinkle and half curly. Also old and cold fries.. Shouldn't be waiting for old fries. Also the girl who took the order could have better people skills. Let's do better.

    I visit here for order pick and i wait 20 mint for pick the order no body do help and order is also very small it take like half an hours i don't know what the guys doing inside very bad experience very bad experience
