  This particular Arby's location provided a less than satisfactory experience. We placed an order for three double beef and cheddar meals. Upon reaching the payment window, the associate informed us that roast beef was unavailable. Subsequently, she inquired if we wished to proceed with the payment, despite the primary items being out of stock. When I questioned how the order could be fulfilled without the requested items, the associate closed the service window abruptly. While I typically refrain from submitting negative feedback due to my understanding of the service industry, this interaction, particularly the abrupt closing of the window, prompted this review. I found it difficult to comprehend how the order could have been processed given the unavailability of the main ingredients.

  I used to really like this Arby's, but twice now, I have went there after 10p (they close at 10:30p), but before 10:30p, and the first time, no body even bothered to answer the speaker, so I left...This last time was last night, I had already ordered and paid for my order via their app, however, upon arriving to pick up my order, which wasnt big at all, I get told they are out of roast beef, when obviously they were t or their app would not have allowed me to order it...They did refund my money...But seriously, if your not going to serve your customers as of a time before you close, then you really should make that clear... Because if a business says they close at 10:30p, then they should serve until they close...

  Kings Hawaiian fish sandwich deluxe is what I had. It's a messy sandwich but it is very good. The peach cobbler rolls are also very good. I went through the drive-thru so I can't really speak on the atmosphere. Fast friendly service is what I experienced. I will definitely go back there again.

  Dont get the french dip past 8:30 they will not give you french dip sauce dont why they dont make it past a certain time when they close at 10:30
