    Service can be spotty at drive-thru's, but the team at this Arby's totally killed it this afternoon. I basically blew up their kitchen with a large and complicated order and they came through with everything I ordered and they did it with a positive and professional vibe, including asking if I wanted whip cream on the Jamocha shake. Great job, Sat afternoon crew!! Thank you

    Wow. Zero customer service. Zero. Felt like I was a nuisance just going through the drive through. Why work when youre so grumpy? AI would have been nicer.
