  Just close this place, gives Arby's franchise a bad name. Things sre too expensive to serve butt for food.

  The women who work here are truly heinous. Incredibly rude through the speaker and at the window. On the other hand, the men who work at this location are phenomenal. Very personable and friendly, quick to adapt if you ask for changes. I will return to this location if I hear a man at the speaker.

  Ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 fries, and 2 Jamoca shakes at the drive-thru. First issue, no curly fries today... OK I guess crinkle fries will have to do. Pull up to the window & pay. Next issue, shake machine "needs to freeze some more, wait 2 minutes". 10 minutes pass... "sorry no shakes, machine not working. Do you want another drink?" Of course fountain drinks are way cheaper than shakes. Last issue.." our refund system is down". So $10 already paid for non-existent shakes. Too bad, the sandwiches were actually good. Going to Culver's from now on. Glad you spent the money on your cosmetic upgrade instead of essential equipment!
