  The day time manager here is rude for no reason. They basically tell through the speaker at you if you hesitate in the slightest when you order. Any questions or modifications are met with hostility. And they will make you pull up by the door to wait no matter how small your order is or if there’s anyone behind you or not. Go up the street to the one by Garfield park. They aren’t rude.

  One of the best Arby's we've visited. The manager was wonderful and took great care of us. Would definitely come here again.

  This location won't be open much longer. Waited until we ordered and got to the pay window to tell us they didn't have any roast beef ready and that it would take an hour to cook. The rueben I ended up getting wasn't edible. The bread was hard and the little meat that was on the sandwich was cold but had been burnt around the edges at some point in the last week... I'm guessing. Also couldn't give a receipt for our order we payed for with a card and when we asked why no receipt was available the lady said "idk.... I just work here". Which is highly debatable. We used to come to this location a couple times a month and we'll NEVER BE BACK. There's honestly no sense in keeping this location open if they can't do any better than this. Bye Arby's 👋
