  Incredibly rude staff member, making our driver cry for having a complicated order and would not even allow us to explain our order before coming to a conclusion of what we did not want. Payed for a large and tried to give me a a medium and move us on because there was a line. As they continued to mess up the order and increasingly become more rude while not letting us explain our order. Ended up leaving with the wrong drinks.

  The cashier's are always so friendly and really talk to you while you are waiting for your order. The coffee is great too!

  I love 7 Brew. I'll never go back to the other chains. I don't even want to speak their names here. This place has the best coffee, best iced teas, and best lemonades. I'm there several times a week and have tried lots of different drinks, never been disappointed. Never had an unreasonable wait either. I feel like the people complaining about the wait need to chill out or plan their time better. Always have great interactions with the staff. Love the question of the day thing. Keep in mind these employees are there to do good work, not be our new bffs. I hope this 7 Brew is here forever or at least until I'm too old to remember what 7 Brew is or how to drive myself there. I hope my children grow up to love this 7 Brew as much as I have. They have pup cups with treats! Like, come on. This is a great place. If you had a bad time here, you may want to look inward to figure out why.

  The two lines were not super long(6 total including myself)but they were clearly paying more attention to the line closest to the window as three cars had gotten their order before the first person in our line got their order. Then the two people who arrived after I did, had their orders taken in that line before they took my order(I was only two cars from the front of the second line). The music was also obnoxiously loud to where I could barely hear the guy taking my order. My main complaint is that the menu is right at the window, but they also have a guy with a tablet walking the lines to take orders. If you plan to take orders away from the window there needs to be a screen further towards the back so you need to know their menu ahead of time. The lack of menu left me ordering a black cold brew as that is my go-to when a coffee shop is busy on a nice day. The cold brew had a nice flavor though. It has an acidic bite at first sip but mellows out to a vaguely chocolatety flavor. I'd like to go back and possibly try a flavored drink in the future but I will have to look at the menu ahead first
