  They were very busy, but everybody was helpful and happy. This has been the best Subway I have been to in a long time.

  I asked a simple question about whether coupons could be used digitally like the store in Roanoke, and the manager immediately got disrespectful, saying I was “bull crapping” and making comments like “nice try” as if I was trying to finesse them. It was a basic question that could’ve been answered with a simple no. I invest in Huntington, so it’s honestly frustrating and disappointing to see that kind of unprofessional behavior from a manager. If that’s how customers are treated for asking a simple question, it says a lot about the place.

  All 3 staff in the store were rude and unprofessional. Also toasted subs for only a couple seconds so they’re still cold. All because we showed up 40 minutes before close. Staff also locked the doors right after we left 20 minutes early.

  EVERY TIME I go into the store and Teresa is working she gives me a problem. No matter what it is. Her attitude is always nasty, she’s very rude about how I want MY sandwich. Yes, I understand policies and rules change, but the way she goes about them with me seems different than everyone else she helped after me. I will be reporting this.

  Huntington sub way doesn’t the specials the TV shows that Subway® has available but not in in Huntington. Right now they have a special shown you buy a sub 12 inch and you get the second sub for a dollar not in Huntington and if you want mayonnaise on your vegetables, they won’t do it. They say no you can’t have it that way only on the bread. Huntington is not the place to go. If you want to get any of the specials, it isn’t just Subway any of their restaurants here don’t do what is advertised on TV. They have their own rules.
