Think about all of the elderly/disabled customers in Huntington. Sometimes that 5 minutes of sitting is the difference of their pain. Really sad to see.

- JRJay RobotDec 10, 20231.0Delivery time consistently around double whatever time their site claims. The food is always cold as well. Last 3 orders looked like day old pizza. The cheese had that old dry look where they let them sit for so long before delivery without keeping them warm. Drivers have the same bags as the other places, but if it isn’t warm when they put it in there it doesn’t stand a chance of being anything but cold by the time it gets to me. If you watch the tracker after ordering, you’ll notice it sits under “quality check” for the majority of the time. They must let every employee check the quality, cause it takes forever. I can say I’ve only got the wrong order once, so there’s that. Considering I’ve had to take it straight from my front door to my oven to make it warm the last few orders, I think I’d rather them rush it out the door and get the wrong order so long as it’s above room temperature. They can just keep their pizza. Too expensive now anyway. Especially considering the quality you end up with.
