  I'm surprised they are still in business its like Burger King 🤴 the food sucks I have not been there for 5 years and I decided to stop by again food was cold the was stale it will be another 5 years again if they are still in business need to shape up or close down

  Waited next in line for drive thru for 15 minutes when it was finally our turn the employee was speaking so softly through the speaker we could barely understand them. As I was making my order I had to repeat several times and before I could finish he told me to pull around so after another 10 minutes of waiting they seemed offended that I wasn't done ordering and had to make my order two separate orders and they made the food incorrectly that I repeated multiple times, then the employee lied to my face about it. I eat here often and have never had an experience like this.

  Stopped in at Arby's in Huntington indiana to get dinner first thing when we walked in the ac was not working its like 90 out today the inside was just as hot . The next thing was the young man at the register was not very knowledgeable with the ingredients in the food. He couldn't take my order correctly. So anyways we ordered 2 Philly cheese steak and the picture showed peppers and onions but they quit using them so what's a Philly cheese steak with no peppers or onions just a meat sandwich. It's been so long since I've been to Arby's I was looking forward to a decent sit down dinner . I will never come back to this Arby's again.
