Got to the window waited at least 15 minutes for for anyone to come to the window. While sitting there waiting, overheard the woman telling another employee that she can't take anymore orders for awhile. "What you mean you can't take anymore orders for awhile"? Seen two cars leave the drive thru. Finally get my food and she is rude. Then my husband tells me that it was the same woman that was there the last time he was there and she had to be told to take his order. She was on her phone.
