Every time we as a group walk in the cook or guy in the back whichever shakes his head and loudly curses about customers. Nobody who is there wants to be there and it shows. Close this place down.

This was the worst dinner ever. First, I ordered my food. Then I tried to get a drink and the machine had limited options. Then I picked something to drink. When I pushed the button the drink started spraying out at me and stained my dress. My new white dress had orange spots on it and was ruined forever because of the careless employee who didn’t fix it. Next, I got my food, and my bag said “nothing about this meal is happy” and it was right. Inside the bag was sauce that I did not ask for, and none of the sauce I did ask for. I also received 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4. And I did not get any napkins with my horrible meal.

First off walked it and employees were arguing in the back. Wasnt greeted or even asked how can I help you? Just lady standing there. Had to ring us up through the drive through register. Then got our cups and the fountain drink machine only had water so had to ask for drinks which made it seem like an inconvenience to them. Then more arguing between employees. Then only good thing was fresh chicken for 2 of our order. Other 2 sat on the try until one employee put it by the fry warmer. Also no salt was stocked out in the lobby, pair of dirty crocs sitting out along with employees belongings. Would not recommend this Wendy's. Also to add we were the only customers there.

We came through late in the evening on 6/24 with three hungry kids and had incredible service. The gentleman was patient, kind, and helpful. The food was fresh and made to order. Likely the best experience we’ve had in fast food.
