Cars wrapped all the way around the building by the time we left, and no one asked the car to pull forward while they prepared the fresh chicken. The worst part was after waiting 10 minutes for the one car to receive their order. We had to sit and wait for the next car to receive their freshly made chicken tender meals adding another almost 10 minutes. What's wrong with asking cars to pull forward and keep the line moving along?
