Waited in a carline for 30 minutes. Paid $6.50 for a blizzard that turned to be mostly vanilla soft serve. Very disappointing! Staff needs supervision.

This place has a serious employee problem. I was there around 8:30pm on Tuesday April 14th. The line for the drive thru was all the way to the gas station. I got gas first and noticed the drive thru line wasn’t moving at all so I decided to go inside to order. I asked for extra fillings for a blizzard and I was okay with an up charge and the kid said he didn’t know how to do that because he didn’t know what fillings go in the blizzard. He had like 5 employees behind him so I said “I bet one of them know the ingredients since they make it.” He turned around and asked some girl who said “I dunno” and then turned to me and said “she don’t know.” I told him I was happy to wait until they figured it out. He eventually just rung me up and gave me a receipt. Nearly 30 minutes later I was still waiting for my order (2 blizzards). The dining room was full of people waiting for their ice cream. Not a single person had ice cream. The staff was all having a great time, hooting and hollering and joking around and barely working. One guy went up and asked when his blizzard was coming out since he’d been waiting a long time. They laughed and said he wasn’t even in the system. He got upset and said “I don’t think it’s very funny. Everyone here has been waiting a long time and no one is getting food and you guys are just joking around having a great time.” Multiple people had to go to the counter to complain. A crowd was forming around the counter. I asked one of the guys when he was rung up and he had been waiting 11 minutes longer than me (it had been 30 minutes for me). I eventually just asked for a refund and left. 30+ minutes to not deliver on 2 blizzards is ridiculous.
Last night I saw a FB post about how someone possibly died in the drive-thru and how the staff was laughing and joking about it. It also often smells of weed in there. Some of the employees are great, don’t get me wrong. Some of the non-teenage women employees are very pleasant, but man if they’re not working when you go, good luck.
If I owned this place, I would be very concerned about how my brand new Dairy Queen was getting a terrible reputation from these teenagers.

I stood in line for 20-30 minutes and not one person was at the counter. There were 2 girls giggling and laughing in the drive thru not working much at all. The "manager" I'm assuming was only helping them fill drive thru orders. Then filling new online orders but not helping the people that were willing to get out of their car and go inside. Not sure I want to go here again.
Update.... The reply they sent me takes me to a page that makes we dig for information about my post. Nothing says more disconnected with their customers than this. I'll never..... Never go here again unless they make an honest try.... Which they haven't.

Do not order from this location! We waited 23 minutes in the lobby for our food! When we pulled away, we noticed our order was wrong! We asked for a plain cheeseburger - it had all the fixings- cold fries and the blizzard was turned into a shake! The staff were slow as molasses! They moved like there was no urgency what so ever!!!! I knew we were going to have issues when the lady in front of us had to ask 3x's for parts of her order! NEVER AGAIN!
