The screen only shows you like 6 of the seasonal drinks Freaking ridiculous I couldn’t remember off the top of my head what food items they have, cause we don’t go out to eat often, and my phone was dead so no access to the menu. So stupid! The screen is there for a reason show me what you got!

- GMGuy ManDec 11, 20251.0How far have we come? I am blessed to have the privilege to spend money to purchase a coffee when I don't have time to make my work breakfast. Honestly, I don't drink coffee often, but one day, I had a desire for coffee, so I stopped here. I dislike hot coffee and don't enjoy a cup that's 45% ice, so I ordered an iced coffee and asked for "no ice." The lady who took my order was very kind. However, whomever was making my coffee was extremely and unnecessarily rude to me because I asked for no ice. She correctly assumed that i wanted a full cup of coffee. This somehow offended her greatly as she snarks at me "jUsT sO YoU kNOw yOU ARe NOT geTTiNg eXtra creAMer Or MiLk." She goes on to say a has policy changed or something to that effect. I understand some people try and game food services, so they pay less for more. But me simply requesting a full cup of coffee shouldn't be treated with such disdain and disrespect, nor should it be taken as a customer trying to 'game' this system. I simply thanked her and stated I would not be purchasing the coffee in the most respectful way I could muster. But I decided I won't be returning to any of these restaurants. Service and quality continually bullet train downhill, but the prices skyrocket. No, thank you. We can do better. Good riddance.
